Some shoes tend to get edited out when organizing a closet and these shoes can eliminate the barrier to education and extracurricular activities for kids. They can also lift the hope of those experiencing homelessness.
After your closet organization, most of your donated shoes go to the Soles4Souls organization. They distribute shoes to people in need, regardless of race, religion, class, or any other criteria. They’ve distributed shoes in 127 countries so far.
Another awesome thing about this organization is that they even take shoes that don’t have a mate. They match them up with another lonely similar type and size shoe to create a great pair!
